All our products and services are delivered online via email/download link/ftp.
If you need a software product delivered to you via mail, then please let us know in advance by contacting us through email/phone. The product will be shipped to you via FedEx. Visit www.fedex.com to see the shipping rates.
Returns & Refunds
- Trial versions of software products are available in certain categories. It is always a good practice to try out software before buying it. You can also see the screenshots or videos of the software in case the demo is not available.
- Customers should inspect software items immediately upon receiving it. If a software product is found to be non-functional then you will receive a replacement for that damaged product.
- We have been in the business of selling software and providing SEO software for more than 20 years and we have always made it a priority to listen to our customers. However, there are some items/categories which are not eligible for refund. Please understand what you are buying and the terms and conditions attached to it. Customized items like rebrand software applications and services like designing, software development and search engine optimization cannot be returned. These items are not eligible for a refund.
Website design: 100% refund of the deposit if you did not like the design which we have created for you. The design which we create will be used on the entire website, so if you do not like it then please ask for an alternative or a refund because once we finish the website based on the design which you have liked and approved then there is no refund for the services which we have provided.
Software: We sell source code and MRR for software which is not eligible for a refund. This does not mean that Jimmy’s Value World is a scam. Jimmy’s Value World has proprietary rights over software which has been created with hard work of the software developers at JVW. We cannot be distributing our software and code as if it were open source. If you have liked a software and you are purchasing the master resale rights for it, then please make sure about the items you will get along with the code you have purchased.
SEO: Jimmy’s Value World has achieved rankings for its sister concern and other clients with the help of knowledge, skills and expertise of the SEO professionals at JVW. Please check that before placing an order for SEO services. We cannot guarantee any rankings unfortunately so please do not call Jimmy’s Value World a fraud and ask for a refund if your site does not get number 1 rankings for all the keywords you want your website to rank for.
